La Route de Sud Pro Tour – www.routedusud.fr

17th – 20th June 2010 – La Route de Sud is a UCI 4 day stage race around the Midi-Pyrénées. Now in its 33rd edition (created in 1977), it attracts many of the world’s top professionals.

Vuelta a Espana Pro Tour – www.lavuelta.com

28th August – 19th September 2010 – 2010 sees the Vuelta celebrate its 75th anniversary. Starting in Seville with a night time team time trial, the Vuelta promises to be an exciting race. The race heads to the Pyrenees on 8th September for Stage 11 when riders will face an uphill ride to the mountain top finish (1,900m) of Pal, Vallnord, Andorra. The following day, the riders will leave Andorra and the Pyrenees for a relatively flat stage finishing in Lleida.

3rd October 2010 – Starting from the town of Saint Girons, there are two courses available: the grand circuit 125km (2,860m climbing) or the petite route 88km (1,605m climbing). Entry cost is about €25.
